The club was established by decision No. 1 of 20.03.2007 of the Burgas District Court and registered for public benefit. Since the same year, he has been a regular member of the Bulgarian Sailing Federation. In 2012, a new club management was elected. The main goal of the “Chernomorets Burgas” club is to restore the sailing traditions of the “Chernomorets” and “Neftokhimik” Burgas sailing clubs.
