The Sailing Club sails all year round and welcomes sailors of all abilities – from the complete beginner to the most competitive racers. We sail at Chew Valley Lake, otherwise known as the best place to sail in the World, which is about a 30 minute drive from campus; lifts are arranged for people without transport in the finest of cars with the finest of tunes and it is always a case of the more the merrier!
We race at events around the country, as well as doing training and casual sails at Chew Valley. Every year we also go on Summer Sail Week, yachting around Croatia or Greece which is guaranteed to be the best holiday of your life*.
