Sailing from Priors Haven, Tynemouth Sailing Club sails in the Tyne estuary from March to October with racing on Wednesday evenings and Sunday afternoons and semi regular casual sailing when conditions are good. From Winter 2019 we have also raced on Sundays in freshwater at Ladyburn lake, just 40 minutes north of Newcastle & behind Druridge Bay sand dunes. As well as our regular competitive racing we also hold occasional open meetings where we host national or international fleets of dinghies.
