Situated in the lively coastal resort of Herne Bay, Hampton Pier Yacht Club is a RYA affiliated sailing and sports club. We offer every facility for dinghy sailors and those who just want to enjoy the beach and water in other ways, maybe on a kayak or open water swimming.
Founded in 1964, the Club has since developed into a modern and well-equipped sports facility. All members have daily access to the changing rooms and boat stores. We sail most weekends from March until late October, with evening sailing on Wednesdays during the summer months.
Safety is a number one priority. The Club has at least one modern safety patrol boat on the water at all times during organised events, with VHF radio links to shore.
