The Circolo Surf Torbole, born in 1978, represents one of the most important sports realities in the Alto Garda Trentino and in the windsurfing world.
With headquarters in Torbole sul Garda in Via della Lova n. 1, an ideal place for the management of hundreds of members and surfers who frequent Lake Garda. From its inception to today, the registered members have grown considerably: sport, sharing the same passions and an office on the lake with a green lawn and an enviable terrace make the Circolo Surf Torbole a precious meeting point for members and athletes.
A sports club is often supported above all by its members, people who attend the venue with love, passion and respect, trying to give their contribution to the proposed activities. Young and old, with experience to make or to sell, the members are also the lifeblood of the Circolo Surf Torbole, which can count on the commitment of some in particular, who never fail in their voluntary contribution.
The growth of windsurfing and now of wingfoil represents a very important economic driving force for tourism in the entire Garda basin: the Upper Garda Trentino, thanks to the natural beauty of its places and the constant presence of wind, remains one of the most sought-after destinations for windsurfers from all over the world.
Over the years, as it still is, Circolo Surf Torbole has been entrusted with prestigious national and international events, from the Techno 293 youth class, to the Olympic iQFoil, to the emerging Wingfoil. The CST is also a sports discipline school and counts among its trainees athletes who have excelled in national and international competitions for years. The competitive preparation work of its nursery has brought Italian, European and world titles in the various classes, with the peak reached in 2018 thanks to the silver medal won by Nicolò Renna at the Youth Olympics in Argentina.
