Blessington Sailing Club (BLSC) is a community centred watersports facility that is safe, family orientated with a vibrant youth scene. It is set in a spectacular location on a 3.5 acre site close to Dublin on the banks of the Blessington Lake with unspoilt views of the lake against the backdrop of the Wicklow mountains.
The BLSC provides Irish Sailing Accredited training qualifications for Dinghy and National Powerboat Certification. We cater for people from 6 yrs +, throughout the year. Whether you wish to sail for sheer pleasure or competitively the BLSC will cater for you.
In addition the BLSC is home to the Kildare Water Safety association who provide near all year round Life Guard training and certification. Further, this location is home to the Blessington Scouting Association and Black Rock Rowing Club which demonstrates truly integrated community approach by the BLSC into the hinterland of Wicklow, Kildare and Dublin.
