Bewl Sailing Association (BSA) represents the sailing interests of racers and cruisers at Bewl Water, the largest inland water in the South East at over 700 acres and set in beautiful countryside on the Kent / Sussex borders.
With generous slipways for easy launching and recovery plus changing rooms equipped with hot showers, we welcome everyone who is interested in sailing, whatever their age, ability or experience.
All classes of boat are warmly invited to join us for racing on Sunday mornings. With seasoned sailors on hand to give advice on rigging and racing techniques, we are particularly keen to encourage families and youth sailors.
The “Mariners of Bewl” sail on Saturday mornings in the summer in craft which are specially adapted for the physically disabled, while the board sailors can be found on any windy day. The “Midweekers” group is ideal for those who would just like a relaxed sail on a Wednesday.
