Founded in 1985, Alameda Yacht Club (AYC) is a private, all-volunteer, yacht club located in Historic Fortman Marina, once home to the Alaska Packers Fishing Company from the early 1900’s. AYC offers its members a wide variety of boating and social related activities that include dinners, cruise-outs, theme parties and organized sailboat racing. As an active member of the Pacific Inter-Club Yacht Assoc. (PICYA) we participate in many of their sponsored events throughout the year. Our Clubhouse has a full bar, commercial style kitchen, and a large deck overlooking the marina, which affords our members and guests a comfortable and friendly meeting place.
