The C48 motor yacht by Sessa Marine will be introduced at the Genoa Boat Show. This is a new Mediterranean style yacht, and a perfect addition and symbol for the Sessa maring shipyard. There are similarities to the C46, with it’s Italian spirit, and IPS propulsion system, but this model is different in the design of the hull, as well as it’s superstructure, which are in the new spirit of Sessa. There is also a new, larger cockpit, as well as many technical upgrades.

There are many different things that have inspired the C48 Mediterranean Soul from other models by Sessa, but are also completely different. The C68 inspired the hull and superstructure, but the C48 is softer, and more attractive, but without losing her traditionally sporty look. She also has a gloss black hull with matching black tinted windows. There is a transom extension, which expands the cockpit by another 35 centimeters. This makes for a larger, more enjoyable outdoor space. There is an electrically powered hard top for the cockpit area on the starboard helm side, which not only makes the area brighter, but allows for much more air circulation. The driver’s seat has also been redesigned, by Sessa’s treasured designer Christian Grande, and inspired by the auto industry, making it much more comfortable and give this area a unique appearance.
The interior has also been changed to a more Mediterranean tone, as well as following today’s leading trends for fine yachts. The cream colored kitchen area, cocoa, brown and cream leather surfaces, as well as the dense walnut colored furniture all combine for a bright, interior. This is invites you to not just travel, but to do it in a Mediterranean Style as well.
The C48 Mediterranean Soul also has a large, hydraulic transom at the stern of the yacht.
