The 55-metre motor yacht Laurentia has been appointed as a new Central Agency for sale with Ocean Independence. Built by the Dutch shipyard Heesen Yachts and delivered in 2017, the yacht represents a notable opportunity in the large superyacht brokerage market.

Laurentia measures 55.0 metres (180’5”) and features a displacement steel hull designed by the renowned naval architecture studio Van Oossanen. Combined with an aluminium superstructure, the yacht was engineered to deliver efficient long-range cruising and strong seakeeping capabilities.
Powered by twin MTU 8V 4000 M63 engines producing 1,350 horsepower each, the vessel offers reliable performance while maintaining a reputation for fuel efficiency within her size category. With a gross tonnage of approximately 740 GT, the yacht provides generous interior volume while maintaining elegant exterior lines.
Elegant Interior and Spacious Accommodation

The yacht’s interior was created by Radyca Design, featuring a refined and contemporary style built around natural warm tones and extensive floor-to-ceiling windows. These large windows bring natural light into the living spaces and enhance the connection between interior areas and the surrounding ocean environment.
Accommodation on board is arranged for up to 12 guests across six staterooms. The full-beam owner’s suite is located forward on the main deck and includes a private study and a walk-in wardrobe, providing privacy and comfort for the owner.
