The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) returns to South Florida from October 28 to November 1, 2026, bringing five days of yachts, new boat launches, marine technology and luxury lifestyle experiences to Fort Lauderdale.

Now entering its 67th edition, FLIBS is recognized as the largest in-water boat show in the world. FLIBS brings together more than 100,000 attendees, 1,000 exhibiting brands and over 1,300 boats, ranging from smaller recreational boats to some of the world’s most impressive superyachts.

A Boat Show Across Fort Lauderdale

Unlike a conventional exhibition held at a single venue, FLIBS stretches across Fort Lauderdale’s waterfront.

The 2026 show includes Bahia Mar Yachting Center, Broward County Convention Center, Hall of Fame Marina, Las Olas Marina, Pier Sixty-Six Marina and Superyacht Village at Pier Sixty-Six South, with transportation connecting the different areas.

Each location has a somewhat different character. Visitors can move from smaller boats, marine equipment and accessories to brokerage yachts and some of the largest superyachts appearing at the show.

For yacht enthusiasts, Superyacht Village will once again be one of the major attractions.

Located at Pier Sixty-Six South, the dedicated superyacht area brings together some of the largest vessels at FLIBS alongside yacht builders, tenders, water toys and luxury products. General admission ticket holders can access Superyacht Village, although boarding individual yachts remains at the discretion of the builder, broker or dealer.

Nearby Pier Sixty-Six Marina also hosts brokerage vessels over 100 feet, while Las Olas Marina features a selection of brokerage yachts ranging from approximately 60 to 200 feet.

Boats, Technology and Marine Innovation

FLIBS extends well beyond superyachts.

The Broward County Convention Center will feature fishing boats, runabouts, cruisers, marine accessories, electronics, diving equipment, personal watercraft and new product debuts. Seminars will also cover subjects including conservation, sustainability and boating.

Across the wider show, visitors can expect everything from center consoles and sportfishing boats to marine equipment and emerging technology.

That makes FLIBS particularly interesting as a snapshot of where the recreational marine industry is heading—not only in yacht design, but also in propulsion, electronics, onboard systems and more sustainable technologies.

What’s New at FLIBS 2026?

One of the more unusual additions announced for 2026 is a floating pickleball court at Las Olas Marina, including a tournament for yacht crews.

The Windward VIP Experience also returns with two locations this year: a VIP Lounge at Superyacht Village and a newly relocated Cabana Club at Bahia Mar Yachting Center. VIP guests receive dedicated transportation between the two areas, hospitality and early show access.

More significant for yacht watchers, however, will be the growing list of 2026 world and U.S. premieres. Many builders have yet to reveal their complete FLIBS lineups, meaning some of the show’s most interesting yachts are still to be announced.

Getting Around FLIBS

Because FLIBS occupies multiple waterfront locations, transportation is an important part of planning a visit.

The Broward County Convention Center serves as a major transportation hub, with shuttle and golf-cart connections to other areas. Water taxis also connect several show locations, with service beginning one hour before the show opens and continuing until one hour after closing.

Visitors arriving from elsewhere in Florida can also use Brightline services to Fort Lauderdale, with transportation connections toward the show.
