ER 100 Superyacht Concept By Ivan Erdevicki

Ivan Erdevicki has recently presented his lates concept, the ER 100 Superyacht.

The 100-metre yacht features traditionally raked bow and carefully positioned hull knuckles. Partially glass enclosed transom and upper deck large aft window folds down to create an open air balcony type decks. The upper and top decks are completely open aft, with curved shaped superstructure in the profile and large size folding outboard window panel that provides additional privacy when needed.

Engine room air trunks are integrated within wing type, semi-curved superstructure. Helipad is separated from the rest of the boat with carefully designed spoiler type support and is yet another unique feature on this boat.

“As you approach 100 m length in yacht design, the size of the design itself creates a real challenge for a designer to deal with too many components trying to avoid busy looking design or the design that naturally becomes predictable with too many repeated design features on the boat such as typical superstructure decks,” said Ivan Erdevicki.

“Our approach was to stamp out from this cliché and create design that really makes its own statement with styling, but in the same time to be truly seaworthy, usable and buildable design. The outcome is very dynamic and elegant looking design with design features that create uniquely characteristic looking yacht.”
