Blue Coast 95 Catamaran Launched By H2X Yachts

Blue Coast 95

H2X Shipyard has recently launched one of the biggest catamarans ever made – the Blue Coast 95. The cat was designed by the world renowned designer Jean-Jocques Coste and is the first maxi catamaran of the new Coste Design & Partners designed range.

The construction of the Blue Cost 95 catamaran was started in July 2009. The two hulls were then assembled in December. Since the beginning of 2010, partitions, systems and the floor have been laid.

Having a gross length of 28 meters or roughly 95 feet, and a beam of 12 meters or about 40 feet, the new Blue Coast 95 is very spacious and offers excellent comfort and quality performance. The new catamaran has a retractable boom, which is unique for a vessel of this size.

The main deck provides a full forward view for the owner’s cabin, and features a huge saloon, gourmet professional galley, as well as an interior control station. The interior of the master suite features gray leather furniture, lead oak paneling, and is separated from the terrace by a set of sliding glass doors.

Powered by 2x425hp Cummins QSB 5.9 engines The Blue Coast 95 is able to achieve a top speed of 15 knots.
