Wallagoot Lake Boat Club

The pristine Wallagoot Lake is situated half way between Merimbula and Tathra. The club is located on the Wallagoot Lake Road, off Sapphire Coast Drive, between Merimbula and Tathra, NSW.
There is an abundant range of accommodation available in the area. Camping is available at Hobart Beach Campground, in Bournda National Park.

The Wallagoot Lake Boat Club is located within Bournda National Park, managed by the NSW National Parks and Wildlife who charge an entry fee to visit. Members are issued with a sticker to provide exemption from this fee. Toilets and picnic tables are provided by the National Parks & Wildlife Service.

All classes welcome: monohulls and multihulls, learners and veterans. The Club has an inclusive and supportive atmosphere.

Wallagoot Lake is an estuarine lake, which is usually closed to the ocean. The lake level varies but still allowing sailing of all types of dinghys, catamarans and trailer-sailors, and launching of powerboats on the main ramp.
