Ljungskile sailing association was founded in 1962
The club, which is part of the Västkusten Seglarförbund, today has approx. 380 members and operates in 8 different sections. In addition, we publish the club magazine LjSS-bladet.
Within the section work, we hold, among other things, the sailing school starts and arranges courses, competitions and parties. We take care of boat storage in the winter and have a nice facility that all members have the opportunity to use all year round.
Over the years, the club has had great success internationally with a number of appearances at the WC and EC. The club has also won several SC golds, mainly in team sailing, match racing and RS Aero.
