Club Nàutic S’Arenal, whose activities are related to the nautical and sports world, is committed to meeting the needs and expectations of its members and customers by offering a quality service based on continuous improvement, managing processes and making them more efficient.
In the environmental area, we are committed to complying with current legislation within the framework of the regulations that apply to us and helping to make it known to all members and customers of our Club.
Likewise, we are committed to minimizing the consumption of resources as far as possible, putting all the means at our disposal to prevent contamination as well as giving the waste generated the treatment that corresponds to it depending on its characteristics.
Lastly, we are committed to making our members, customers and suppliers aware of the importance of caring for and preserving the environment, for which the staff of our Club have received appropriate training and are prepared to answer any questions that may arise in this regard.
To achieve maximum dissemination of our quality policy, it is published both on the website and on the Club’s bulletin board in several languages.
For better monitoring and control of our Quality system, reviews and audits will be carried out to guarantee compliance with our Quality Policy.
