The Mondo 45, designed by Mondo Marine, is a mix of super yacht, cruise ship, and working ocean research vessel all in one package. It is the heart of the owner’s desire to have a yacht that can be comfortable in any sea, climate or weather conditions.
This yacht project will combine some of the formal yacht designs, but also have iconic elements you would normally find in sea faring explorer vessels.
It will have everything one needs to travel in comfort and style, large areas for the owner and guests, smart distribution of space, as well as ample lighting.
Sergio Cutolo and Mondo Marine designed the exterior designs and well as the naval architecture, with Architetto Danilo Parisio covering the interior designs.
There can be several different layouts available, here is but one of them.
The first design will have ample space on the fly deck, with a lounge, dining areas, as well as an open area with grea views of the ocean and the lower decks.
The upper deck will have the main wheel house, with ample seating for the owner, guests as well as the captain.
Here you will also find the captain’s quarters, a day galley, and alfresco dining area.
Outside spaces will have a Jacuzzi tub, sun deck, with ample space of the storage.
Towards that bow will be another seating area, as well as where the tender is located.
One the main deck, in the bow will be the beam wide owner’s suite, with full bathroom, dual sinks and head, as well as a shower and tub.
There is a separate wardrobe area, and an office space. Here is where you will find the main dining area, full galley, and entertainment center.
All the windows will be large and spacious, allowing undivided views of the sea or port.
The aft will have an open air concept, with large spaces for sunbathing, as well as entertaining.
One VIP suite will also be on the main deck. The lower deck is where the main guest quarters will be, with two double rooms each with a large en suite bathroom. There will also be two double cabins, a single, as well as a front entertainment area. In the bow of the ship is where the crew quarters will be, with accommodations for up to four crew. The twin motors, all the electronics, as well as a small sun deck with direct ocean access, and another tender area, will also be located here.
