ADA Yacht shipyard (Bodrum, Turkey) is pleased to announce the sale of a 35m motorsailer, Le Pietre.
Le Pietre was launched in 2009 and she is one of the most elegant vessels that’s been built by ADA shipyard. Right after the launch, Le Pietre was taken by her owners on the prestige Bodrum Cup International Wooden Yacht Regatta. Here she produced a real sensation, leaving behind more than a hundred experienced vessels and getting the 3rd prize! This amusing “sea-trial” has once again proved the high quality of the ADA Yacht product and builders’ great attention to the technical details.
Le Pietre has a ketch rig with aluminum masts that carry 4 sails with 650 m2 (2133 sq ft) of total sail area. Her dark blue high-gloss hull reflecting sun rays and every ripple of the water, quickly accelerates over 13 knots in 20-25 knots breeze, which is quite impressive for a traditional long keel motorsailer.
The Aft Deck is a fabulous space for entertaining. The large curved style settee and dining table serve as an informal setting for the owners and their guests to enjoy in family style. The pilot house is on the port side and has a bar and cabinets for storage space.
The beam of the yacht is 8 meters and her impeccably laid teak Forward Deck is interrupted only by a compact sitting area around a folding lounge table. Eight people can sit comfortably here playing games or enjoying a glass of wine whilst watching the sunset. The spacious front deck is ideal for ‘flip-flop chic’ parties or can be used as a storage area for the favorite water toys.
The interior of the yacht is very light (in both structure and color). Walls, floors and some furniture are made from the veneered panels and white oak is the main wood used throughout the interiors. The neutral beige, cream, caramel, vanilla, chocolate and coffee tones of upholstery and décor items are very soothing and give the feeling of home.
On the Salons’ Port side, there is a large dining table for eight people. For those who want to relax or read a book, there is a comfortable sitting area with a coffee table on the Starboard. No matter where you sit, you will enjoy an LCD TV and professional music system.
On the Port side Bow Corner, behind a curved service bar, there is another fully equipped pilot house. For the captains’ comfort, instead of a steering wheel, an easily manageable joystick was installed.
The Master Stateroom is located on the Aft Lower Deck. The stairs from salon lead firstly to the hallway. There is a big wardrobe with full sized mirrored sliding doors and then to the bedroom. Large and spacious the owners’ suite has a King sized bed positioned in the center of the full beam. There is an abundance of storage space within this suite, make-up table, sofa and entertainment system with an LCD TV.
Warm earth tones of beige and dark chocolate have been used for all en-suite bathrooms and the walls and surfaces are marble.
Another full beam Master Stateroom is on the Bow part. It has a Queen sized island bed, lots of lockers and a settee. The Double Guest Cabin is on the Port-side and Twin Cabin is on the Star-board. Both of them have walk-in closets, the Twin Guest Cabin can be easily converted into a Double by moving the single beds together.
The Galley is fully equipped with BOSCH white goods. The interior is completed in stunning metallic silver color with a fresh and clean feeling.
The crew quarters of Le Pietre are located on the Lower Deck at the Bow. There are two cabins for 4 or 5 crew, each cabin has en-suite WC.
There are two Cummins diesel engines both rated at 455 HP and they have had just 437hrs of work. The power of the yacht is supplied by two Onan generators, at 27kW each. Navigation system is a Raymarine.
Le Pietre is built under RINA pleasure class standards.
