The New Outer Reef 560

By on March 7, 2013

Outer Reef Yachts, renowned and rapidly growing builder of semi-custom trawler yachts, proudly introduce the “new” Outer Reef 560 motoryacht series.

This is a pivotal yacht for the company particularly for the European market.

She will have a more contemporary interior with lighter fabrics and woods and available either as an enclosed pilothouse or with an open plan layout.

While she maybe the “baby” of the fleet she is built to the same exacting standards of engineering and immense sea keeping ability as the company’s larger 700 and 800 series yachts.

The new Outer Reef 560 is however a unique yacht in the growing trawler market.

She is the only trawler yacht of her size to offer:

Full beam (6’6” min head height) master suite,

Two further full sized cabins with en-suite heads.

Stand-up/walk in engine room,

Crew cabin option

Speeds of up to 20 knots.

The Outer Reef 560 comes standard with twin CAT C9 503 BHP engines and can be optioned with CAT C12 705 BHP engines.

She also comes standard with ABT TRAC stabilisers, Northern Lights generator, Air conditioning, Maxwell winches, flybridge deck crane and a raft of equipment normally classed as options.

*Owners can also opt to go “full custom” with the interior layout and theme by engaging the exclusive partnership between Outer Reef Yachts and world renowned Superyacht designer Ken Freivokh. (* Optional cost).

Outer Reef Yachts only sell through their own wholly owned offices worldwide, no dealers or distributors. This allows for a higher standard of equipment and a superlative quality build at a price point unmatched.
