In order to charge up your electric boat and you still need an external power generation mode, thus leading to other environmental issues. You will begin to wonder, how green is it truly?

And battery life depreciates over long time of usages. I take the estimated lifespan with a pinch of salt. Paper calculations and actual data are often sky and earth. And did I read 20nm (37km) on a full charge? So unless you are an owner who wants to cast off from dock, head out a couple of metres, drop anchor for the rest of the day and finally get back to dock, this boat isn't tempting at all. To spend that sort of money just to cover 20NM makes it sound even more ridiculous.

If you're stranded out there with no more electricity, good luck to you. And I hope you don't have an incoming storm heading your way.

That's really impressive - super yacht, using electricity like Nimbus. I am just wondering - is it reliable?
