The Legendary Yacht Club is a private, member-owned yacht club that is designed and planned to anticipate and fulfill the wishes of all its members.
The Legendary name was always synonymous with full-service hospitality and outstanding real estate developments, including residential, retail, resort hotel and office projects along the Emerald Coast.
Recently, the Legendary Yacht Club was completely restructured by DAG Architects of Destin, FL. An existing structure was renovated and significantly expanded. The new facility includes a new ship’s store, dining room and kitchen, a fitness and locker area, a marina bar and lounge. A central porte-cochere leads to an outdoor area featuring an infinity-edge pool, cabanas, children’s play area and a pool bar overlooking the Choctawhatchee Bay.
During the renovation some exterior and interior details were provided by Good Millwork company, located in Florida. Good Millwork has been manufacturing architectural moldings and wood trim for over 20 years. The company provided: exterior stain, exterior ipe wood handrails and decking, western red cedar trellis, stain grade coffered ceiling, architectural wainscoting and running trim along with miscellaneous built-ins and interior doors.
